I. FEATURES

MPS Shot Sand Blast Machine is mainly used in flour industry for surface treatment of

grinding rolls and also suitable for surface treatment of grinding rolls in paper making

industry. The various types of rolls with 1000 mm in length and 200 mm – 300 mm in

diameter can be treated with suitable selection to roll ends protective sleeves. The

surface finish of rolls can reach international advanced level of Rz≤60um.

II. STRUCTURE

MPS shot blast machine consists of two parts:

1. Main body: (Outside dimension 2234×1035×1880) consists of speed adjustable

motor transmission unit (power 0.12 KW), power distribution control cabinet, double

head mobile shot gun, machine body, air pressure stabilizing system and milling rolls

transmission unit. The rolls are driven by motor (power 0.75 KW) via sprocket. The

main working procedure is to shot blast the surface of rolls automaticly and coarse

treatment.

2. Deduster: (Outside dimension 970×1880×700) consists of fan (power 1.1 KW),

filter, pressure bag. Main features: purify air inside machine, purify article size, and

ensure the surface coarse quality of rolls.
